Products manufactured or supplied by Hennig Gasket & Seals Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment.  Our liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of any merchandise proved defective or, at our option, to the replacing of such merchandise upon its return to us trasporataion prepaid.  Our liability ceases with the above and  it is the purchase liability for installation cost, mishaps, service charges or any other charges or costs, etc, that might accrue relative to same, negligent or non-negligent, or improper or proper use of same.  We do not make any of the raw materials that we cut in shapes, gaskets, etc. hence our liability ceases upon your ordering specifying type, etc.  Purchase of any and all products manufactured or supplied by Hennig Gasket & Seals Inc. are at the buyer’s sole risk ad accepted by the buyer as such if an when purchases, without any recourse what-so-ever or liability to Hennig Gasket  Seals Inc.  The shipment of said products or pickup by your representative, etc. constitutes final sale by us to you without recourse on any form or fashion.  Our liability ceases when the products leave our factory by common carrier or picket up b your truck, or accredited representative.
